As each item is individually made to order, please allow approximately 4-6 weeks for delivery.
Payment For Items Sold On Website:
Payment is required in full to begin order production. Accepted methods of payment include: credit card, check, wire transfer, zelle, venmo and cash.
Color and Items Disclaimer For Items Sold On Website:
Every computer monitor has a different capability to display colors, so actual colors may vary. Photos are edited to be as accurate as possible, but it cannot be guaranteed that the monitor color(s) accurately portray the true color of the product. It is highly recommended to order a sample swatch (listed in shop) in advance of placing order if this is a concern. Similarly, please note that because each piece is a made-to-order work of art, slight variations are to be expected. It is these subtleties that contribute to the uniqueness of each piece.
Refund Policy For Items Sold On Website:
As each item is made to order to ensure the highest quality, there are no refunds on orders unless the item is damaged. Please contact Laura Finnerty Design regarding any damaged items within ten days of receipt for information on the refund process.
Please report any product defects promptly upon immediate discovery and email photos of product defects as soon as received.
